Hubba just called me & he's on his way to pick up MIL. She was in an accident, her car's totlaed & she broke her glasses. I praise God she was well enough to call him, so I know she's at least somewhat ok, but we don't know the extent of it (she SAID she was fine, but you know them older folk- LOL). Please pray that she IS ok, and that she can get this settled appropriately. We don't know who was at fault or what happened or if there was even another car involved. No deets right now. THNX!
OK, she is fine, but addled. Hubba is taking her around to get her a rental and new glasses. I'm just glad she's ok. I still don't have more deets than that. Hubba's got enough on his plate without all my questions. I'll know by tonite, I'm sure! THNX!!!
K, spoke to Hubba a bit ago and apparently she was going down one of our small backroad highways headed into a traffic light. Someone from the opposing direction didn't see her coming & pulled out in front of her. She t-boned him & they both smashed into another van with a family :cry: Luckily only the Dad was hurt and he just hit his head. The driver of the other vehicle was very apologetic and very cooperative. SFIL finally called me back after I'd paged him on his cell & I directed him to call his house because "Robert was up there and needed to talk to him." Hopefully he's on his way back from NC now. To top it all off, our AC broke AGAIN!!! :evil:
