Aren't my babies BEAUTIFUL!?! LOL My Mum got a pressure canner for me for my birthday & I FINALLY used it yesterday. I was soooo nervous. I've been water bath canning for awhile, but have been wanting a pressure canner for a couple years. So last week when Kroger had 1-lb chubs of ground turkey 8/$10, I snapped up 4 to play with. Added some stocks that I'd been saving, and WAH-LAH!
Wow, they look really nice. Looks like you did a really nice job. You will be enjoying them for months to come.
:lol:That is so funny! Congratulations from another easily excitable person. I am excited for you!
That is great! I want to learn some canning. I do the same thing with threads, then I think, "wait a second! I just did one with the same title." Guess I need to be more creative!
They look so awesome! I don't have a pressure canner.... yet! We did a huge amount of spaghetti sauce and salsa this season and even some soups! I'd love a pressure one to add meat to stuff and save some freezer space (which we actually have a TON of because of what we do and my husband just bought 2 commercial ones - but still)
Dana, I've been water bath canning for a few years now & have been wanting the pressure canner for a couple now. My Mum got it for me, but I do believe the $$$ would have been well spent had we bought it ourselves. THNX so much guys! I'm quite the peacock with big feathers right since doing them
