Next Tuesday my hubby has two interviews. They are in the field of marketing and advertising. I hope that they aren't "bogus leads" as many others have been. Many have been straight commision based which is not what this family needs. I'm hoping that the Lord will grant him an offer if it's up his alley. He's been looking for a job in his field for 3 years now.
Thanks guys. He's been in such a slump and I feel so terrible for him. We barely make ends meet, but the good Lord does always come through and that's comforting. He has a degree in marketing and advertising and graduated 3 years ago and has been having so much difficulty with finding a entry level job that isn't on commision based pay. He hit the roof yesturday when he had a not so pleasant conversation with the HR lady at the bank he works at. The people he works for do not treat their employees very well at all and because he spoke up they got mad. They believe their butts should be kissed because they are managment and it's sick. I just want hiim to be in a job where he's happy and feels good about supporting his family (that male ego, ya know?).
Well, he's back to square one. The first one he said went really well, but was suppose to hear back from them today and didn't get a call. The second one was for a commission based job which he will not take and I wouldn't want him to. It's just not a family friendly kind of job to rely on just commission. So, he's still on the hunt. On a brighter side, we have been talking a lot about him being able to put his full faith in God. He does, but his outer exterior doesn't show it much. He is growing in that respect which is a positive thing. Maybe that's what God is waiting for him to do. This situation has brought us closer to the Lord, which is always good!
