Yes. LOL I never got the official diagnosis b/c we did want to drop the coin to pay the co-pay for the test! LOL BUT...my gastro mentioned Celiac during a colonoscopy and he wanted to do the upper gi test (endoscopy?) to confirm Celiac (my blood work was inconclusive). We decided to save the money and just try a gluten free diet to see if it helped. It did immensely. You are welcome to check out my blog...it's all about my recipe conversions and such. Krista

Someone posted a recipe awhile back for what I think was called Santa Fe Bean soup and it is wonderful! I've wanted to do it with nachos but haven't gotten a chance to try it. The first batch I made, my youngest dgd was only 9 or 10 mo and she went crazy over it! I was afraid it would be too spicy but she didn't care!
