I am looking for a tried and true recipe for whole wheat rolls. The regular whole wheat bread recipe seems to heavy. I am looking for something more fluffy. I have been purchasing whole wheat rolls but decided that I am going to make them.
I don't have a recipe in front of me, but I usually substitute up to 1/3 of the flour with whole wheat flour- any more than that and it's too dense. Hope that helps!
