Am I missing something...or did you get __________for Easter? Sometime my computer doesn't load stuff up.
Okay. It's my comp then. All it shows me is a flat line. Strange. What a great Easter gift. Somebody loves you a lot.
Amie! The horse is beautiful! How exciting! I wish I had the slightly clue on how to ride one of those...
How exciting! My mom raises horses so we ride quite a bit. I grew up showing them. They are so much fun!
Magnificent! My DD is so jealous. She would love a horse for Easter. What is his/her name? Enjoy you days spent with this lovely animal.
Dh and I are just waiting patiently until we can move to our country property and get a few horses. Yours is beautiful!
Of course Faythe can come live with me! lol. His name is kind of a funny story. The previous owners were calling him "bugs". I thought it was a lousy name for a horse. I think horses are to majestic that they deserve names that reflect that in some way. Some horses that I work with that have names I LOVE are Kazina (princess in Polish), Maximilian, Impulse, and Dancer (gee, go figure). So "bugs" didn't do it for me. But hey, he's 20 years old so I had no intention of changing his name. My Mom, and ONLY my Mom, has always called me Bug. Ever since the day I was born. She didn't choose my name until the day before I was Christened, so really, Bug was my first name. I'll be using him for Medieval and Renny equine events. When I went to pay for him yesterday and got his registration papers (he's AQH), I was amazed to find that is registered name isn't "bugs", it's Lady Bug's Moon! So he's the moon of Lady Bug. It was perfect! So I'm going to call him Moon. I have looked up how to say Moon in Polish but can't make out the pronunciation. Trasi is going to tell me today how to say it (she speaks Hungarian and the pronunciation is similar enough). I was going to use the word for moon in Gaelic, but it's a rather ugly sounding word. So, um, yeah. For now he's Moon, but that might change this afternoon. Despite the fact that it's only 40 degrees we're going out to play
