Another site I frequent recently had a raffle. One of the ladies there was generous enough to offer to purchase tickets for those who couldn't participate. (She didn't see anything she could use in the raffle, and had $50 to blow... apparently. :lol: ) She split the $50 worth of tickets (100 of them) between myself and 2 other ladies. Both of those ladies also won something! Here's what I won! I'm so excited! Ancient History Notebooking Pages Getting Started with Latin I'm especially excited about the Latin! I have 3 years worth of ps textbooks for Latin that my uncle gave to me. (He teaches Latin in a ps high school.) He gave me 2 of each book, plus a workbook for each year, plus a CD-ROM for them! (I'm having trouble getting the CD-ROM to work, but it's my computer, not the disk.) Anyway, it's an immersion program and I don't have a clue about Latin - or even a teacher manual. So we're a bit lost. This Getting Started with Latin should provide us (all :lol: ) with enough basis of information that we can then pick up the ps set and run with it! (Especially when I can get the CD-ROMs working!) And of course we will use the notebooking pages. YIPPEE!! Just had to share....

Dalynn, that is so neat. I am so happy you won. How cool is that. My dd told me to tell you she is coming over she wants to really lean latin.
