As some of you know, I posted a few months back I was having problems with my all in one. Well after forever of sending emails and getting try this responses from Lexmark they are replacing it. I finally had enough with the email tag we were playing and sent them an email that said, " I guess you will never figure out the problem with my printer. I cannot go without any longer. I am throwing this one in the garbage and buying a different brand." Well the next morning I got an email asking my address and all of that. Well I gave them all my info and shortly after that I got an email that said they sent out a new one and it would be here in 4-5 days. Well that should be tomorrow. I am so excited. I miss my printer, copier, all of it. Just thought I would share. joanna
:lol::lol::lol: Sometimes you just have to get straightforward with 'em eh? Glad they're getting it sorted for you and sending a new one - printer troubles are aggravating!
