That reminds me, just recently my ds dropped a small bottle of olive oil when he was stocking shelves at the store. He cleaned up the mess and told the owner he broke the bottle of oil and he handed him the money to pay for it, he wouldn't take it so ds said he would work an hour off the clock to pay for it. I told ds that things like that happen and he said, "Well I should have been a little more careful and I wouldn't have dropped the bottle, I dropped it, I broke it, nobody else did it but me". Wow, now that shows responsibility and integrity.
Well, I assume this is Knoxville, TN. If it is, I used to live there and I knew people who went to Knoxville church. From them, I got the idea that it was a very "cult mentality" church, so that explains a lot right there!
YES!!! If you sued him for your conk on the head, why would that be any different than him suing for his conk on the head???!!!
That is too funny! I know someone who was using a chemical used to dry concrete in the cold winter months. It is meant to be put on a concrete pad to keep it warm. Anyway, this guy thought it would be a good idea to pour the chemical down the clothes washer drain along with antifreeze to get it to thaw. I guess the chemical reaction caused the chemicals to explode and rush out of the pipe into his face as he was leaning over the pipe. He is attempting to extort money out of the company for his STUPIDITY! The bottle clearly stated the intended safe usage of the product. What a dummy, to date he has not been successful in his attempt to get something for nothing! Again, Personal Responsibility!
I just forwarded that to my pastor with a warning on it. Haha! Not really funny, but so stupid it's kind of funny.
