I get my sleep but not much me time. Unfortunately my hobbies and leisure time are things of the past. I do hope to pick them up again in the future but it is hard to find time for them. If I think about doing a fun project, I then start thinking about all of the work that needs to get done and I end up working instead. I do try to get a massage for an hour once a month. That gives me an hour of down time and relaxation. I know I work to hard, but I also know that our family benefits from the work and that we will reap the rewards in later years.
