I have been told so much lately by one wonderful person that I am nuts, I really do believe it now. Today, the girls had a meeting for a group they are in. It's call B.R.A.T.S. meaning Being Responsible and Teaching Service. They have been in this group now for over a year and love it. We do alot of neat things. Helped some older people who couldn't do there yard work, or paint there house. Worked at the food pantry, and for the homeless. Tons of things can't name them all. Any way back to the story, they wanted a sleep over at someones house before PS started back, guess where its at, Yep Me the Nutty Womens House. I just gone nuts. I will have 13 girls beside my two. WOW!!!!!!!!!!! So, Friday night when you all are relaxing think of me. LOL
Wow, busy woman. Pizza party is all I can say. Have fun. I'll toast ya with a nice cold glass of ice tea (maybe cocoa it's starting to get cold here at night.) on fri night.
Pizza...chick flix....doing each others nails....eating way tooo much junk food....giggling till your stomach hurts. Do you ever wish you could be 13 again just for one night to have a sleepover with your best girl friends? I don't have any desire to live my life over because it sucked when I was younger. But goodness, what I'd do for one more sleepover with my best buds from jr. high. I don't even see them anymore, haven't spoken to them in maybe 10 years? Anyway....
Oh Kris, you'll have just as much fun, I don't think it should be too much work........ pizza, movies, popcorn, flavored water, set up a spa room with finger nail polishes, hair gel, hair brushes, combs, and curling irons................... keep a camera on hand too.
Yep....you just confirmed it for me! I always thought you were nuts...now I KNOW you are!!!! lol Actually, I think it sounds really fun, too. I wanna come. My dd is only 11, but she is alot of fun, can I bring her? OH....and at least it isn't a bunch of BOYS!! Then you WOULD be nuts!
Thanks Leslie, I thought you would be on my side. No we are so excited about this can't wait. DH is going to bring home Sam's Pizza they are 8 dollars a pizza feeds 8 people. Amy, I have a 8 man spa in the back I am sure they are going to use. The girls are so excited about it. I don't plan on doing much going to let them swim, do WII and dance relovution. So, I think they will play till they drop.
Amy, where do you get the great pics? I love this one so do the girls. They came running to see what I was laughing at.
Kris that is gonna be so much fun!! Can Sam and I come too??? Pizza and a hot tub and playing games sounds great! Here are two games that are a ton of fun. One is the chubby bunny game. All you need is a bag of large marshmallows. Each girl puts one in her mouth and they go down the line and say "I'm a chubby bunny", then add another marshmallow and say it again. They keep adding a marshmallow in the mouth until they can't say "I'm a chubby bunny" anymore. It is hillarious to watch! The girls start cracking up and masrchmallow is oozing out - it is pretty gross but funny. Another game is the frozen tshirt contest. You fold, get wet and freeze the shirts and have then race to see who can get it unstuck and on their body first. Pretty neat. Anyway girly I hope you have a blast!!!
Love the frozen tee shirt idea. I won't do the marshmallow one because of people getting choked. I can't wait to tell my sister, the youth minister, about the frozen shirts! Have fun Kris. I hope you get to sleep on Saturday because I have a feeling you will be up very late on Friday!
Oh Beth it is a riot to watch! The preteens did this at the library party. The marshmallow one isn't good for those with braces either.
I know our youth would love it. When Crystal went to youth camp last year the girls kept putting her shoes in the freezer?!

So Kris, How'd it go? I missed this 'til now! But I hope it all went well and you all had a blast! A couple of weeks ago I had my two boys, who each had a friend over for 5 days, and the neighbor teen was over a lot---so I had 5 teens here constantly for 5 days! We all had a blast! Took them swimming at an Aquatic Center one day. To a park another day, dh had one day off and took them to Chuckie Cheese---those teen boys had a blast there! (My dd had her friend with us at the pools and went with them all to Chuckie Cheese) So, tell us how it went!
