I should re-introduce myself.

I have been in and out from the beginning of joining this forum.

I hate to just jump in on topics without re-introducing myself.

I came back again to get a break from a Forum that I am on daily. I actually am a moderator for one of the topics there.

It has just been a tad much with all the political stuff there. So I just need to breath. Plus it is school time and I so need the support of other HS mama's.

    I am a home-school mom with a 7, 6, 3, and 16 month old.

I have a degree in Psychology, do Shaklee part time (but I am not here to sell you anything ;) ) and am a pastors wife. I also lead worship at our church.

My hubby owns a construction and restoration business and co-pastors a small country church. He just recently was ordained in July of this year but was licensed since Sept of last year.

I am all natural as much as I can be. Non of my kids are vaccinated, none of them have ever been on an antibiotic, they do not get meds of any kind. They were all breast fed exclusively. DD2 still is.

We have been eating all natural food for over 7 years this includes organic grass fed beef. Fast food is only when we have to. I try hard to make from scratch, but this is not always the case.

I do not know how active I will be around here. But I plan to drop in more than I have.

I also hope to not offend anyone. I am quite passionate and opinionated on many things. I am also goal oriented so this can tend to offend as well. I may seem uncaring as I post something because I am just trying to reach the goal of answering a post.

Thanks for being a great place to learn more.

I could've posted that. (Hence my sig-line title....)

Anyway. All's well here; most of us are Christians and we're all pretty easy going as to what others think and do. We generally tend to start conversations for information's sake, and seldom do they turn heated. We enjoy it. We're all odd-balls here, I guess.

Welcome... back! :) Hope to see you around more often!

Hi and welcome (back) to the forum. In some ways we are similar, and in other ways, we are so very different !

I came back again to get a break from a Forum that I am on daily. I actually am a moderator for one of the topics there.

I am a moderator on another site also.

    I am a home-school mom with a 7, 6, 3, and 16 month old.

    I am a HS mum, with a 10, 9 and 2 year old.

My hubby owns a construction and restoration business and co-pastors a small country church. He just recently was ordained in July of this year but was licensed since Sept of last year.

We have a construction company- but not religious at all. We are fascinated with Islam, and the kids take Islamic and Arabic studies.

I am all natural as much as I can be. Non of my kids are vaccinated, none of them have ever been on an antibiotic, they do not get meds of any kind. They were all breast fed exclusively. DD2 still is.

We vaccinate our children - We did our research, and decided to vaccinate all 3 fully.
Our # 2 is our only child who has antibiotics, without them, she would have lost her arm.
I comp- fed # 1 for 6 months, only BF #2 for 6 weeks, and wasnt interested in BF # 3 at all.

We have been eating all natural food for over 7 years this includes organic grass fed beef. Fast food is only when we have to. I try hard to make from scratch, but this is not always the case.

I make some food from scratch, the rest is purchased at the supermarket ( or we eat out)...LOVE eating grass fed beef when we can.

I do not know how active I will be around here. But I plan to drop in more than I have.

I tend to read more than post here

I also hope to not offend anyone. I am quite passionate and opinionated on many things. I am also goal oriented so this can tend to offend as well. I may seem uncaring as I post something because I am just trying to reach the goal of answering a post.

Sounds interesting...Im looking forward to reading your posts !!! :)
