Hello...I was wondering if there was anyone here that has used Abeka's Grammar and Composition 1 (7th grade)? If so, my question for you is, what is the teaching plan for this book? Do you jump around the book between the grammar units and the composition units? I didn't buy the teacher's guide because most of the time these things are pretty self-explanatory (and I was trying to save a little money) and now I'm finding myself a little confused. The first test in the book says it covers units 1, 11, and 15.....that just doesn't make sense to me lol. ~Monica
Ok. So I found out today that the information that I need isn't in the teacher's book, but in a separate book called "English 7 Curriculum". I'll try my best to find one.
wow, so there are more than two books for that curric then if you got it all? Check with CLP.com and see if they have it in one of thier side books but I think that Abeka is seperate in its orders...
Hi, You're right, the English 7 Curriculum will cover all lesson plans for Grammar & Comp., Of People (Literature) and VSP (Vocab., Spelling, Poetry).
