That I love this forum! Since we started hs'ing I had looked for a forum and joined a different one. It was nice but the women there were CONSTANTLY getting into arguments. They even got into an argument about the subway contest excluding hs'ers, lol. And they also only had about 10 people who were really active in posting. But I am so happy that I have found this group. You all are so supportive and encouraging. You also tend to lift each other up and give wonderful advice! I just feel so lucky to a part of it!
I agree that this is a wonderful forum. Everyone has such good things to say. I have learned so much here. This my second year of homeschooling and I know that I would not have come this far with out the great advice and help from my friends here at The Spot.
I like it here too. I don't fit the typical homeschool mom bill and I've never felt out of place here. Nice nice people. I always refer newbies to HSing here from my other haunts. This is the only HS forum I read.
Glad your here too Autumnleavz its a great place to chat. I lost my chat forum a while back and it took me forever to find this place. I see people fight here too but its more they argue like a good debate. Everyone is going to have a different opinion. I may not like it sometimes their opinion hehe...but I shrug give my two cents and turn off the computer and do real life stuff and come back later for other topics. Keeps me sane Sam
