Well ladies you got it all wrong I have the best husband on here.

Any way, my dh is the bread winner in our house. Yes, he helps every way he can with homeschooling the girls and he knows there is no other way right now. He is there when ever we need him.

About the house, well we just do it as a home ec class it's teaching the girls how to clean, take care of house, animals and cooking. They are never to young to work. Even if its to pick up toys or make a bed, if you don't like the way do it walk away. I come to figure if we all work together then the house is not so bad. It makes homeschooling so much easier when you have a happier house.

The home ec teacher at Carl's school was impressed, because we took a whole day off last spring to clean house, and Carl told her we were marking down as a day of Home Ec!

(As for the comment about your husband being the best, all I can say is: Kris, Kris, Kris....(slowly shaking my head in confusion as to why ANYONE would say they have a guy better than Carl)

I appreciate the feedback ladies. I completely understand. My hubby has not came home yet and is not due for another hour. I love to read comments of families that work together, I think that is awesome. That is what family is all about, working together for a common goal. I strongly believe in putting the kids to work and getting them to do chores. Though sometimes I have a hard time letting go and letting them do the chores, I have control issues sometimes lol. Anyways I'm always encouragin them to pick up toys, put away shoes, dry dishes, sweep and wipe up their messes. That's how I was raised and I turned out pretty good. Builds good character. As of right now though my kids love doing chores, they think it's a game and I'm not telling them anything different. Hope everyone is having a great day. Later ladies!
