My youngest dd.. Well, I have two.. they are twins.. so teh OLDEST of the twins (four) has this new 'catch phrase.' It has me rolling on the floor. Whenever she is upset with a situation she will holler, "ai (sp? sounds like "eye") yi yi!!!!" ??? LOL... I just wanted to share. Do your kids have a funny saying?
I don't know where he got it because my husband and I don't say it but mine often starts sentences with "say...". As in "Say, didn't we have tacos for lunch yesterday?" or "Say, don't you owe me my allowance?" He's 10 and he reminds me of a 50's movie where the teenagers are all polite and talk like that, lol.
The funniest thing my son says is "of course" like I'll ask him if he's hungry and he'll say in the cutest way with the most adult tone "of course mama" and it's just too cute from a 5 yo.
Those are very cute! "of course" My youngest son says, "Mama, I love you but....insert question here..." "Mama, I love you but can I have some candy?" "mama, I love you but can....."
My youngest says funny things. She'll say "Mommy I hate to tell you this but I love you" and her two favorite phrases/words are "I suppose" and "certainly". Like "I suppose I can have a cookie but I certainly can't have two." She is 5. Oh and she also says "Oh snap!"
