My New Song...take a listen and tell me what you think.

I wrote this song recently. Please don't mind the camera angle. I am taking it to church on Sat to work with our music ministry pastor so we can put more instruments in it, then hopefully record it sooner or later with other songs I have written. Eventually this will be more of an upbeat song, but being it's only piano it sounds goofy if I play it faster right now.

All I hear is the piano, I can tell there is a voice there, but can make out no words.

Yes, although my piano playing is quite rusty. We just got the piano last weekend, and it was the first time I've touched one within the last 10 years, maybe more.

I abosolutely love it! You did a fabulous job! Our family is huge on music. My husband has a studio in his basement and is the worship leader at our church and also writes his own music. You can hear some of our worship here..

I love it when people can share their original work! I would LOVE to hear all the intruments together. LOL.. sorry.. it's the musician in me.

 

I will post it when it's all finished! I have others that I'm working on and hopefully will get to record them in the near future.

ETA: Heatherlynn...is that your husband singing? I LOVE it! I wish you guys lived closer, I'd love to have a song writing session with him!

 

Jenpooh, there are a few things I want to say first before I say anything about the song. How do you know when I am having a bad, rough week. You come to my recuse all the time. You rock girl.

Now about the song, like I told you with the first one, I love your voice, I could sit and listen and listen to you sing. It's so peaceful and just does something to me. I'm having a hard time writing what I really want to say. But, girl you do rock and your voice is great. Get out there. Have you thought about going on tv show like America got talent or something like that.

I LOVE IT, keep them coming. Please send me a CD when you are finish I will be your first buying customer.
