OK this is JUST FOR FUN.... (Now that I have unloaded on a politics thread, I think I feel lighter and can move on now...) Anyway, this has NOTHING to do with school, except that my HSer asked me to do this. OK... DUMB campaign signs- WHAT HAVE YOU ALL SEEN?(like something you'd send to Jay Leno for Headlines) Let's please keep it fun. I'll go first. I have two: 1. A rural county near here (that is adjacent to a major urban area) had an ammendment on the ballot to legalize alcohol sales. (It is currenty a dry county). We drive up there often as we are thinking of moving there...anyway, BIG billboard with school age kids in the photo smiling says "Say YES to the Children...Say YES to xxx County WET".:roll: 2. Ths is NOT election related, and not even this year, but a favorite of my family. Hands down the dumbest I have ever seen at a sports event. 2007 World Series (Boston vs. Colorado) Rockies fan has a poster that says: "BIG PAPI EATS BIG BOOGERS." As we were driving to Pittsburgh, we were coming up to a construction zone near a bridge. The sign on the left said" left lane closed ahead" the sign on the right said " right lane closed ahead." You didn't know what lane to get in until you were right upon the lane that was closing!
