My sil is here from Japan visiting. Her and her hubby and family are stationed there. So they are coming to visit today, but my youngest has the sniffles, and I don't want her kiddos to get it. Anyway, I called her this morning to let her know. I also mentioned that I had to go out because it's commissary day, and I have next to no food. She is going to take my oldest two for me and let me go grocery shopping with just the baby! YAYAYAYAYAYAY:lol:
My sil is the greatest. I miss being able to call her now that she is in Japan. I'm going to get a skype phone soon just for that reason. I just finished bringing in the groceries. My kids are still at my mil's house with my sil. The baby fell asleep, so I am going to pick them up in 1 hour so the baby gets a nap! (And Mommy gets a much needed break,...House MD, here I come!!)
skype is where you use the computer as your phone. My uncle does it..... it is or used to be a dollar when you were a member of Ebay.:?:
My brothers and there families are stationed in Okinawa, Japan and they have their phone through Vonage set up with a US # so it is like calling them locally ..We tried Skype but were always getting cut off and disconnected from each other ..Now we just use our yahoo Messenger with webcam and call them on their local # So much better
