I love making my own chicken soup. But I need help. I like to throw in egg noodles. But no matter what, they always turn goopy eventually. How do soup companies keep them so clear?
When I make chicken noodle soup, I cook the noodles separately to ALMOST al dente, then throw them in right before I plan to serve the soup. Carol
I made the noodles separate, till right before they were done. And then added them to the soup. Came out perfect! Thanks!
My house smells like the fireplace, chicken soup with carrots and celery and black pepper, and freash baked bread... I think I will make some bannana nut muffins will the kitchens' still hot..
