Okay I guess that got your attention. Last night Bobby worked until closing which is around 11pm or later. Last night it was closer to midnight. He was talking to a couple of friends after work and just sort of hanging out when they asked him to smoke some pot with them. He said no way and said he had to go home. I am so proud that he was smart and got out of there. Since he came back home from living with his brother he has changed so much. He is a lot more settled now. He still has miles to go before he gets his life back in order, but he is working on it. He is going to be okay.
Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep. Romans 12:15 I rejoice with you, today, Beth!
Oh Beth, I just about lost it when I read the title I thought hmmmm that don't sound like the Beth I know to get excited because her son lost his friends, then I read it... Yes, you have every right to be proud. Give your self and him a pat on the back for a job well done....
(((((hugs)))))) and congrats beth! It's so hard watching your boys become men and making their own decisions....sometimes the wrong ones. But I so rejoice with the right ones!!! I try to always remember that, with God's help, I have planted seeds in them.....sometimes they sprout quickly, othertimes they need "manure".... You're doing great and it sounds like him coming home was one of the best things for him. I'm so glad it's working out so well!
