That is beautiful. I hate cold weather, but I have to admit I love seeing the snow as it is falling.

    Okay I'm jealous.

I wish we could have some of that, a little of that, just sometime. But alas I live in southeast Texas and it is not meant to be.

The weather here has been gorgeous though and a front blew in last night. Temps in the 60s with lows in the low 40s and sunny.

Well it is pretty, but I'm glad it isnt snowing here just yet. We've been having very odd weather here lately. It was in the 70's! I'm loving it.

For Halloween we had a bit of snow.

Yeah, we're having a snow day here. The kids were kind of surprised when I threw snowballs at them - they are so deprived! My 19 mos old is a clean freak, so she kept saying "Nasty!" and holding her hands up to show me the snow that was sticking to her mittens. LOL. I finally had to bring her inside, but the other three are having a blast and (I really hope) running off some energy.

I may make a stab at school this afternoon but for now, we're covering PE, science, and art (DD7 is making a snow sculpture), LOL.

My 13 yr old dd used to be like that and now she is going crazy because we haven't had a "real" snow in a number of years. We are supposed to have a high today in the low 40's with windchills in the 30's! The cold is no fun if you can't have a little snow. I thought I was living in the south!

The towns to the north and east of me about 40 miles out have all gotten 8"-12" of snow. We got a light dusting, thank goodness. I'm just not ready for it yet. I have Lake Superior and Lake Michigan around me so we get alot of lake effect snow.

I love snow but we never see it here in San Antonio except maybe once in every 15 years.

We had snowflurries about several years ago and before that we had actual snow in 1986.

    Thanks for sharing the pic.
