Hello! I am in the process of getting licensed to do at home day care. I need to choose a name for my business but I am having a hard time. I would love some suggestions. I am not really into *cutesy* names and would love something original. Any help would be appreciated.
I was thinking maye something like Happy Camper Childcare. My sons nickname is Camper so I thought that my be funny??
Apple Tree Day Care Rainbow Day Care Jolly Friends Day Care Ideas from the children's song... Say, say, oh playmate, Come out and play with me And bring your dollies three Climb up my apple tree Slide down my rainbow Into my cellar door And we'll be jolly friends Forever more, 1-2-3-4
Thanks Patty. If you can't be a stay at home kid or stay at Grandma's, then Almost Home is best. Hey! That would make a good commercial.
You already have some good ones from which to choose, but here are a few more: Four Seasons Care Center Royal Castle Daycare - for your little prince and princess TLC Academy Teddy Bear Hugs Child Care KIDS-Kid's Ideal Developmental Services
Just want to say good luck with everything! I was a licensed in-home for 3 years and before that I managed a larger out of home (group) childcare for 3 years as well. It's a lot of work, but it certainly is never boring. lol If you need any help, just holler!
~ CHAOTIC KIDS DAYCARE ~ "I'm pullin' my hair out so you don't have to!!" What? Don't think that'd work? You're no fun!
Lol....definitely like the Chaotic Kids idea. Too funny. Especially the quote. hehe. I thought about doing something with the skyecamp but was unsure cuz they're my kids nicknames (Skye for my dd Skylar and Camper is my ds Zachary's nickname.) I've been leaning toward Happy Camper Academy or something similar but I don't *love* it. Nothing has seemed *perfect* yet. Although I do like the Almost Home. Its simple, yet inviting.
If you name it you may have to pay for it...so check your state laws. I did daycare as well...I also claimed it so I was on the up and up..lol. Anyway, I never named it because it just never seemed to be necessary. However, I do know that you need special liscenses or to pay a fee or something I cant' quite remember if you name a business something other than your name.
I LOVE this one, I'm sure it'd be a big hit! I also like Katie's Gingerbread Manor. That'd interest me if I was a kid!
