Ok...here's my contribution to making things more fun around here. On facebook there was a note going around like this and everyone loved it. So, I thought we would try it here. Simply list 15 things about yourself. 1. I think the best sound in the world is a baby laughing. 2. I regret not majoring in history in college. 3. I hate my handwriting. I am even embarressed to allow others to see it. lol 4. I've never broken a bone. 5. I perfer beef over chicken 100% of the time. 6. I have prayed for the salvation of my ex-boyfriend's sister for over 15 years. I couldn't pick her out of a line up but I pray for her nonetheless. Can't ask the ex he died in an accident years ago. 7. I love dipping french fries in milkshakes or frosties. 8. Although I am not sensitive about being only 5 feet...I NEVER reach for anything on a high self in a store..lol. 9. I have NEVER reconciled with any ex boyfriend. One chance only! lol. 10. I would love to move to some island and focus simply on my family and loving the Lord. 11. My first two kids are named Olivia and Aaron. The two names I hated most in high school. 12. I have tried many times to like apple pie but it never takes. 13. I feel a deep sickening sense of disgust toward the movie Back to the Future. 14. I perfer veggies to fruit. 15. My secret desire would be to publish a book.

1. I fell in love with Freddy when I was in 10th grade. 2. I got married when I was only 16. 3. I had Matthew, our oldest, when I was only 18. 4. I was obese for most of my life. 5. My church is family to me. 6. My grandfather had a third grade education, but was the smartest man I ever met. 7. I cry at Hallmark commercials. 8. I never had a curfew growing up. 9. I had a storybook childhood. 10. I had a pony named Tony. 11. I want to live like the Waltons. 12. I didn't get to meet my father until I was 18 months old. He was overseas. 13. I worry about dying before my children are grown. 14. I drive a big van with a "Got Maltese?" sticker on the back window. 15. I wish I could sing.
Thank you Dawninns. 1.) I have freckles all over my body. 2.) I owned a auto repair shop and towing company with my dh when we were 23. 3.) I was a trophy girl for the motocross circuit ( in my younger pre-married days). 4.) I am a organizing freak! I even have to have the can food labels in my pantry lined up a certain way and have them in a certain order. CD's , Movies and Video games are lined up in Alphabetical order. Clothes in the closets ( even my dd's) are lined up from coats, dresses, skirts, shorts, pants, shirts ( no sleeve, short sleeve, long sleeve) ALL in color order. 5.) My girls and I love to make scrapbooks, bookmarks and greeting cards. 6.) I make and design jewelery for family and friends as gifts. 7.) I wish to live "off the grid" one day on a nice big farm. 8.) I competed in karaoke contests. 9.) My "secret" wish is to become a newspaper columnist writing about frugal living and homeschooling ( I tried once, got my articles together and chicken out of the interview). 10.) I have NEVER cooked a Turkey or Whole Chicken by myself before ( dh does all the holiday cooking, I make 2 side dishes). I alwalys tease my dh that if he dies before me we will have to have McDonalds for holiday meals because he always did all the cooking!! 11.) I am the worst video game player EVER. I can not for the life of me last more than 2 minutes without being killed. Unless its RockBand, but I'm the singer and so that doesn't require me to use several fingers pushing buttons at the same time. 12.) I traveled to Mexico over 30 times on missions and motorcycle races. 13.) I have over 400 books and I have read everyone of them EXCEPT War and Peace. I have started it several times but never finished it. 14.) I love peas, I put them in anything and everything BUT I HATE split pea soup! 15.) I collect rocks. Everywhere we go , either to visit family or friends, vacation or day trip somewhere , I always pick up rocks and take them home. I have a large jar that I put them in and I can see the layers buliding and know where each layer came from.

Crystal, Can you PLEASE come do that for MY house???!!! Kris, From what I saw on FB, people were just doing 15 random things about themselves....unless I saw a different one.....there've been a lot of them going around on there!
I'm going with 15 random things: 1. On March 20 my dh and I will have our 21st Anniversary! And we are more in love now than we were when we got married! 2. I adore my 3 children! 3. I have 2 teenagers, and they still love me! 4. My "baby" will be 12 the beginning of March! Waaahhhh! 5. I love God! 6. I love going on mission trips! 7. I think Homeschool Spot is the best!!! 8. I am the youngest of three children, but the first to graduate from College 9. I taught elementary school for 4 years 10. I like living in Washington, except there's been too much snow this winter! 11. Strawberries are my favorite fruit 12. I've always wanted to be a writer, but have no clue how to go about it! 13. I'm a vegetarian--I have no clue how to cook meat either! 14. I love Mexican, Indian Chinese and Thai food! 15. I enjoy singing for church--in groups or solo. When I was in college I was in the regular choir, the special group choir and a trio!

I have to lol here too. You should see our bulls Faith. Everyone can deal with them but my dad. They have him totally cowed ( pun intended). They are just big babies who like to eat "cookies". I love this post. What a great way to get to know more about each other.
1. I had my daughter my senior year of high school, and still graduated. 2. I'm useless until I've had some caffiene (coffee works, but Mt. Dew works better) 3. I hate silence, it drives me crazy. Background noise helps my brain focus. 4. I want to write a book, but keep changing my mind about what I want to write about. I currently have notes for about 4 different books I was going write, plus about 5 children's books I've started(along the lines of Berenstain Bears, but with otters that homeschool). 5. I had pet wolves when I was growing up. 6. I've organized our DVDs by categories, though some people (like my dh) tend to disagree with the catagories I put things in (i.e. Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas is in Comedy, because I found it funny). 7. I've had a sleeping disorder as long as I can remember. 8. I was happy when my parents told me they were getting divorced (I'm not a bad person, I just knew they'd be happier if they weren't married to each other) 9. I've had to educate many doctors & nurses about a medical condition I have, because they'd never heard of it 10. I currently have 6 bookcases, all of them over-filled (not counting the kids' books or school stuff) 11. I have a section of a bookcase reserved for old & leather-bound books. I think they look nice & should be displayed, not hidden between other books 12. My husband thinks I take on too many projects. Really, it's just that I hate to be bored (I physically can't handle boredom) & like to always have something to do. 13. I'm a very lucky woman. My husband freely admits that he could never do everything I do, and is in constant awe of me. He also loves to brag about me to people at work. 14. My children are a constant challenge, but I wouldn't want it any other way. They deffinitely keep life interesting. 15. I have no real regrets in my life. I see every stupid thing I did & every mistake I made as a learning experience & part of the path that brought me to where I am today. They have all helped make me who I am today, so how could I regret them?
