Anyone else listen to these? I got a set of CD's from the library and downloaded the 1st set from Vision Forum and my kids are really liking them while in the car. It's like a true old time radio show for kids....

    Just wondering.....

We've been through 2 stories so far - the first one was about finding artifacts in a river that showed how smart man was early on... there was more to it but that was a basic jist. Second one talked about fibinachi numbers - I probably murdered the spelling - I'm tired and don't want to look it up :)

Behemoth.com - you can download them. The entire 1st set was like $12.95 downloaded and that was well within my budget.

My kids really like it and want to know what's happening next - which for me is an awesome statement for 2 kids who are computer, video, and basically just plugged in visual junkies.

Oh - my kids seem to like the fact that the KIDS solve problems. That's huge for my son to "see".

If you go to jonathanpark.com there are study sheets etc too... and I'm about to go there for a little bit to dig and see what I can come up with.

We own the original set. I'd like to get more, to listen to when we go on vacation, but Carl's not too thrilled by it.

I have Vol. 1 and Vol. 2. For $18 I get the CD and study guide (we don't use) at a local homeschool store. Next week I am gettign Vol. 3. They are a favorite around here. Before hubby returned from deployment the kids and I would listen to them at bedtime. We also listen to them in the car. Now both volumes are gettting old so we are ready to hear some new ones. DD9 and I will talk about the stories. Someday the others will chime in but they are not quite there yet. I am happy when they are actually quiet at night when I played them.

I had never heard of these stories so had to do a search to see what you were talking about. Now I want them. THis looks like something my boys would like. It might be a bit above their ages, but we have been studying dinosaurs and taking about why we believe in creation and the flood and the fact that the world is not millions of years old and why other people do believe differently. It looks like these stories would go well with that.
