Hi friends, It seems I do not get to post that often these days. Just a very very busy season for us. Anyway, though, I was wondering.... does anyone have kids that compete in NCFCA? OH!!! I know what Fellowship of Christian Athletes is! Rachael went to one of their retreats this past fall.
Well...he plays baseball and basketball, and FCA IS wonderful. My oldest has been involved with that. But I have never heard of it in homeschool. NCFCA is NOT related to that. It is competetive Speech & Debate for homeschoolers. Awesome. check it out: www.ncfca.org Miller
OH!!! No, we don't participate in that, but I have friends who do! As far as FCA goes, the gal that works with our youth is somewhat athletic, and she is involved with their retreats. For the last few years, she's invited kids in the youth group who are athletic. Rachael said that there were several hs'ed kids this time around.
