Ladies, One of our sons needs your prayers. In fact our whole family does. One of our sons has become someone we do not know anymore. He is very young and is making some huge mistakes. Please keep him in your prayers. Beth
Hi Beth - I'll be praying for your son. I COMPLETELY understand..I have a 19 yr old stepson (enough said). Stay on your knees!!! Blessings - Carla
Wow...I am so sorry. I will join you in prayer. I go to church tonight and the biggest part of service tonight is for prayer...I will be praying for him and all of HSS tonight.
I am definitely praying! It's so hard when this happens! Trust God to bring your ds around, keep praying, and sharing with as as you feel you can! (((((BIG HUGS!!!)))))
Thank you for your prayers and your kind words. We haven't seen or heard from our son since he left here on Saturday. My other kids are glad he is gone. That really hurts, but I do understand. There was a lot going on that the others didn't tell about until their brother left. Now they seem to be relieved and free of a lot of stress. I guess I was blind to what he was doing or I just didn't want to see it. I don't know. He may work through all of this some day and come back around, but the trust is gone. Freddy and I as well as our other six children feel like we can't trust him at all. I feel so strange to have to lock our doors and not leave money where we always kept it before. We have NEVER locked our doors before. We do now. I have a friend who said he was going by the McDonald's, where our son works, after church last night and he would try to check on him and let me know if he looked okay. I hope I will hear something today. So far he won't answer his cell phone when his friends from church try to call. I don't call at all. He told my daughter in law he just wanted us to give him one day of peace and then we wouldn't ever have to see him again. How did we get to this place? I am just praying for God to protect him and keep him in His care. Thanks for listening and please keep praying. Beth
Beth~ Your family is in my prayers. I know your heart must be breaking. Stay encouraged. Psalm 116:7 Hugs, Miller:angel:
This is an update on our son who left home two weeks ago. He got fired from his job this week. Thankfully he found another job and starts on Monday. We don't hear from him, but we hear about him from our oldest son. Please continue to pray for him to be safe and find his way. Beth
Beth, having grown up in your home, you can be assured he has angels assigned to guard him on this detour. The Holy Spirit is still at work, prodding his conscience toward the Way, the Truth, and the Life. This did not surprise the Lord. It did not catch Him unprepared for His next move! 'Praying that this will be a short detour and that the Lord will keep your mind fixed on Him and His goodness!
