The decision is in God's hands now for Benecio (PLEASE READ)

Just reading this now. How did he make it through the night? Praying for him and y'all.

 

I thought of you and your family all evening and have been praying for the little one again this morning. Please keep us updated. Beth

I just saw this! I'm praying for him and your family!

 

**latest update**

At 12:30 AM this morning, my sister called from the hospital to say that God did a miracle! The longest Benecio had been off the ECMO machine last week was 5 minutes. Doctors feared the worst.
But the almighty Lord has allow this little baby to breathe on his own for more than that! He was placed on a ventilator and was responding well.

At 4 AM today, the doctors called in the family to talk with the parents. It was not good. They said that the baby was not urinating any more. Fluids were going in but not coming out. His vitals were getting worse. The doctor turned to my niece (the baby's mom ) to say "I'm sorry but we believe that your son is dying slowly." It that moment, my niece closed her eyes and surrendered it to the Lord." What happened next amazed the doctors. When My niece opened her eyes and the vitals started going up....

At 11:45 AM we were notified the doctors performed surgery on Benecio to remove the tubes that were in his neck for the ECMO machine and he tolerated surgery. That was another Miracle from the Lord.

At 1 PM, the baby's vitals were dropping lower and the Pastor's daughter and her husband(from the church our extended family attends), who are pastors were led to the family room and everyone held hands and prayed.

The pastor prophesized that we would see Benecio run and play, that he would grow into a little boy and one day preach the word of God to others. Then everyone was led to the area where the baby was. They prayed over him and sang "Jesus loves the little children.." and asthey sang the Lord raise his vitals to the point he was stable.

The nurses and staff were amazed. They could not explain it but we know it was work of the Lord. Today, there are no more tests and baby Benecio will be resting and taking meds. Everyone is rejoicing!

Oh thank you Jesus, my savior for this blessing!
