Latest News on Baby Benecio: He is with the Lord

I received a phone call from my sister. Today at 6:20 PM central time, baby Benecio went home to be with the Lord one day after we celebrated his ONE MONTH old birthday. He was held by his mother in a rocking chair with his father at his side. God's will was for him to be in a place where he could suffer no more. Now Benecio is at God's side, no pain, no wires or machines.

I hope one day we will all be reunited in Christ...

The funeral will be held at Brookhill Funeral Home. We'll find out tomorrow what day it will be.

Please pray for his parents... they need God's love and comfort at this time. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers.

I am so very sorry to hear this news. I know he is at peace and with Jesus now, but I grieve for his parents and family. I will be praying for all of you. Beth

 

Thank you all. We are all thinking of my neice, her husband and their three remaining sons.

Visitation is Tuesday evening. The pastor of my sister's Church is conducting the service. The pastor has known Jessica since she was a little girl.

The Burial will be Wednesday. I am driving both my parents (the baby's great grandparents) to the funeral home. Please keep our extended family in your thoughts and prayers especially the DeLeon family (Baby's parents and siblings).

 

I'm so sorry to hear this. It must be heart breaking for the family. I will keep them in my prayers. Our church has a funeral the same time that I will be serving at so I'm sure that your family will be on my mind and in my prayers most of the day.

Yesterday my neice and her husband were taken to where the burial site will be. Baby Benecio will be placed in a section of the cemetery called "Babyland."

My neice Jessica got a beautiful blue jean overall set for her son Benecio. It will be his first and only outfit.

My older sister Teri (a florist) is doing the flower arrangements as her gift to the DeLeon family.
The church has gladly arranged for a lunchion to be served at the church for the families after the funeral.

I decided to have my sons stay at home with my husband Timothy while I attend. I cannot predict their reactions to the services but they know their baby cousin is with Jesus in heaven.

Please keep my neice Jessica in prayers that the Lord will give her comfort and strength this week and the days that follow.

 

This is so sad.Prayers for the family,I know this is going to be a very difficult time for them.
