My hubby got the job that he wanted at the local hospital!!! He is beaming and glowing and so ready to tell off the people he works for (in a polite manner if course). He found out this morning and I am waiting to hear back from him this afternoon to find out details. Thank you all for all your prayers and we are so excited to be sharing this news with everyone in our lives!!!
When I came to the home page and saw the name of the thread and then saw that you were the writer of the topic I thought maybe your husband got the job. Congratulations to him and to both of you! \o/\o/\o/
That's Fantastic!!! Congratulations to your husband and your whole family. I know it's a huge burden lifted from you all!!
Thanks everyone!Hopefully it doesn't just mean God's preparing us for more bills that we don't need!!! Wouldn't that stink! Even though, at least he'll be in a job that he likes. The gals he's talked to said that they are really happy that he is coming on board. He also found out that they have virtually no turn-over in that deparment, which in a way, is great. It means they keep their employees happy. That's what he wants most, a job where he is respected, can use his degree, and support his family a bit better. Today he goes in for a drug screening. No need to pray about that, unless there is something I don't know about. He will actually start Feb. 6th because that is when their next orientation for employees is, This Saturday will be his last Sat. working FOREVER, well at least while he's in this position! That he is pretty excited about. He hates working weekends at the bank. Plus, he's very excited about not taking care of customers anymore. He gets his own little office space, his own phone extension, and he's away from "customers" face to face. No listening to "the customer is always right". I always hated that when I worked retail!!! People are people, respect goes both ways!
