I do this regularly! I am ready to go do it today - I just found out that my VERY used car (that I just bought a year ago) needs more work than it is worth (a blown gasket!). Fortunately there is an easy, band-aid fix that will keep it running for about a year, so I have a year to trade it in for something else, but dh and I have not had a car payment in 3 years - I don't look forward to one, but recent things mean no upfront $$ for one. Dh was talking about getting a newer, more efficient one for his commute anyway, but still!!!! *boo hoo hoo* (goes and cries in the bedroom!)
Yep, Jackie she is something, man if she doesn't keep me young no one ever will. I raised to girls or I should say I am raising two girls and man I didn't go through half what she is putting me through with them. I don't get it sometime.. Kris, this is so timely. A friend and I were just talking about having a good girly movie night, with the laughing and bawling chick flicks and some nice wine. Send the hubbies out fishing or something with the kids.
