My daughter went to preschool this past year. I noticed that her teachers had these books in their class room and I would LOVE to have them for home schooling this fall. http://cgi.ebay.com/Scholastic-11-M...s=65:10|66:2|39:1|240:1318|301:1|293:1|294:50 If only I had that kind of extra money to spend on them. LOL
check out your local school store Most local school stores, or the internet, have these between $10 - $14 each. Collect them month by month. I collected the Mailbox monthly series when my now 7th grader was in K. Love them.
It looks like Amazon sells them individually for $10-12. They are free shipping with $25 purchase. So, you could get the first 3 months for about $30 and if you love them and can afford another $30 down the road you could get the next set and so on.
See if your library has them. Try www.blujay.com . It's a great site to buy from. Also try www.sproutclassroom.com
I buy them a month at a time. I have April and March. I got the December one for free at Currclick last year. I think Currclick has them all in PDF form.
I had never heard of Bluejay - what a great place! They have TEACHER'S EDITIONS!!!! Thanks for the link!
CM, that site more than rocks! I've dealt with the nicest sellers there. One lady is on the lookout for something for me, and another gave me a nice break on shipping. I forget how I found it, but I go there first when I go school shopping.
yea, check your teachers store in your area they have them there, for around 8.99 book.. or check goodwill or half price book store.
Our teacher store has them. I just get monthly stuff off the internet. They are neat. I check them out everytime I go the the teacher store.
super cool!!! I wish I had a hundred and seventy bucks to spare too!! I was browsing on cafepress the other day, looking at their bumper sickers. One said, "I brake..no...go broke at bookstores"haha...so true here!!!
What some of the prices at Blujay... I saw some things there were 5-10 bucks more then they are at the store.
Well this just makes me sick. I had the entire stack in my hands last weekend and almost bought an entire set for $10.00....If I had done that I would have been able to sell them to you! LOL Sorry!!!! Hope you scrape it together!
It was at our homeschool convention's used book sale. They were all stacked together, sold as a set for the whole year. My oldest talked me out of buying them (I was thinking of using them for my youngests preK/Kinder years....). I wish I knew who's they were....I'd try to find out if they had sold. There were so many sellers, though....so there'd be no way to find out.
