Have any of you seen this yet. If not I highly recommend it. DH and I watched it the other day just us and wow. We both cried and realized there are things we both need to work on. It was a very eye opening movie for us. It also made us very thankful that we are not really that bad off. We are ordering the fireproof study to do together as well. What a useful tool this movie is.
We hadn't seen it, and finally did two weeks ago. Then, when we went to Maryland, guess what they were showing for Date Night! If we had known that, we wouldn't have watched it the week before! It IS an incredible movie!!!
I have seen it, my dh wasn't interested in it, no matter we already do everything that was done to win each other back. It is a powerful movie and when I think I am being taken forgranted or I am taking my dh forgranted I will watch this movie.
DH and I saw the movie and we both loved it. It made us realize that sometimes we take each other for granted and that we both need to work harder to show the other we appreciate them. It also made us thankful for the great relationship that we do have! IT is a great movie.
Have you watched the Fireproof in 60seconds yet? We love it especially Do you take her again? Do you take him again? Praise God let's eat!
I never saw it, I just remember an odd fellow walking out of that theater and deciding to preach to me for half an hour, and I couldn't leave because I was forced to manage the place. I normally don't have a problem with discourse, except I was on the clock.
I have not watched the movie, but just now went and watched the short clip about it. Now I want to watch the whole thing. I looked at the books and things that go along with it. I liked the love dare book like the one the father gives to his son in the movie. Has anyone bought it and if so do you like it? Beth
Aside from some really sketchy acting (yes I understand they are all volunteers), I thought the movie was really good. Very powerful with a great message.
Beth, I found the book ( love dare) in town the other day. I haven't started reading it yet but the forward is fantastic. I can't wait to dig into it.
