I know some of you also have little ones, so I thought I would share My kids had the BEST time with this activity, and believe it or not, it was super easy to clean up. I protected my couch with some beach towels, and the shaving cream wiped right off the floor and table. It even left them shiny and smelling great! My kids spread this out everywhere and then practiced tracing letters and drawing pictures with their fingers and paintbrushes. I also gave them cupcake liners and birthday candles to play with - the shaving cream held the candles up great. I really need to buy or make some kind of sensory table though - I love those things and I know we'd use it all the time.
That looks like a really cool idea!!!! I will have to get some shaving cream for my little one to play with, thanks!
They are adorable and obviously having fun. But I am stressed out just looking at it. LOL! That would have to be an outside activity at our house.
That looks like so much fun and reminds me of my younger sister. She was facinated with shaving cream when when she was little and would beg for Mama to buy it for her to play with. Mama worked at a drug store and when it was on sale or marked down for clearance she would get it for her. The kids at church loved playing in pudding and whipped cream in pie plates. It made a mess, but they had a blast. Your kids are so cute! I love the pictures. Beth
SO much fun!! My son doesn't like the feel of the shaving cream so he never wants to do it LOL!! You could even do sensory buckets...I have seen others get sterilite containers and fill them with rice, beans, sand, etc instead of having one specific thing at the sensory table...it's almost interchangeable!
