I just ordered everything we are going to need. I can't wait for the UPS truck to pull in the driveway!! I feel like a kid on Christmas morning. I also feel 50lbs lighter...lol. Seems like all I've done the last month is try to make decisions about our curriculum. Everything total was $407 and that's a big chunk of money for us! I think we are going to be pleased with everything. My big purchase was Math U See. I'm the most excited about this. I watched the online demo videos with the kids and they all really enjoyed them. We plan on starting August 10th. All 3 kids are excited to start but that excitement normally wears off with the new lol. Anyways I wanted to share my excitement with others who would understand it!! I am very excited and ready to start our new year too. We will probably start late in Aug. like the public schools here. I know the girls are not ready to begin, but I sure am.
yes, its always fun to start, and then we can't wait for Christmas for a break. LOL but it is alot of fun.

I know how you feel, we just recieved our books last week, the day they were to come in I found myself looking out the window watching for the UPS Truck!lol I can't wait to start school.
Really that's not bad---considering it's for 3 children! It averages out to about $135 per child for a whole year of school!
I had the opposite reaction...I thought "Wow, that's cheap"...lol. Of course, I remind myself that my Sonlight Cores will be used by 3 kids so the initial price will even out over the years Congrats on getting everything ordered!
I didn't think the price was to awful bad either. But I'm sure there are people who hs for a lot less! I'm just not that resourceful lol. My package from Christian Book should be here Tuesday. They ship super fast! I wonder how long it takes Math U See to ship? We made lapbooks yesterday and the kids really enjoyed it! I wish that excitement would last all year!
yeaaaaaaaaaaaaah! I can't wait either, I found one more item at Costco, a Drawing binder of how to draw awesome stuff! Its rally great step by step lessons in sections and everything, I told ds andhe pullled it out and started the first lesson already.. but I told him its for fall heheh!
