Hi, I'm a homeschool mom of two, a middle schooler and one in elementary. I have been homeschooling for a few years and I am happy to have found a place to share thoughts, ideas, concerns, and much more. Living in the area in which I do it is hard to find open-minded homeschoolers who homeschool for reasons other than religious. We homeschool because we were not satisfied with the local public or private schools. That's it. It has turned out to be a wonderful thing for our family and I wouldn't go back to the ps life for nothing.
