Our son Bill, who is mentally handicapped, had all four wisdom teeth removed this morning. He did great, but has been pretty loopy from the surgery and the pain meds all day. He has slept most of the day and when I did wake him up for his medicine he started to hurt. I gave him his pain meds and had him eat a few bites of soup. Please pray that he has a pain free night. He is such a good young man and I hate to see him in pain. He has been worried about being put to sleep and was afraid he wouldn't wake up from it. On the way home I thought he was sleeping and all of a sudden he said, "I'm still alive." It startled me so that I nearly ran out of the road. Thanks, Beth
ooohhh, wisdome teeth. ick. I did all four at once too, tell Bill I feel his pain. (my dr. said there were thereaputic uses for alcohol...but maybe you don't want to tell Bill that) Sleep is good. Praying for the both of you.
Bill had his return visit with the dentist today and everything was great. He really had an easy time with the whole process.
