Pumpkin Cream Cheese Filled Cupcakes

    Yummmmmm.....I might actually try this recipe. I always think the filled cupcake recipes look so yummy, but you usually have to partially fill the cupcake pan, then bake a few minutes, then take it out, put on filling and more batter, then finish baking. This would make it so easy!

    You had me at pumpkin and cream cheese. How many does it make? I am going to make these for church.

    I actually used a mini bundt pan. However, since it's a cake mix...I am assuming you would get the sandard amount of cupcakes you usually do. Which is....12??? or is it 24??? Geesh! Using a mini bundt pan I was able to make 10....and that is overfilling it! I have a tendency to do that! LOL.

    I am betting it will make about 24 regular size cupcakes then. They look so good! Thanks for sharing.
