Go to bing and search for panasonic, roomba, laptop, or jewlery (or try some search terms of your own--they might work). At the top of the results there will be a link for 20% cash back for ebay purchases (if it is not there hit refresh a few times, it should show up). Click on that link and it will take you to ebay but there will be a banner at the top that shows you will get 20% cash back. Now just search for anything you want--homeschool curriculum or Christmas gifts come to mind. You must buy it through Buy it now and you must pay with paypal. Your cashback should show on all the pages all the way through. Buy the item and get cash back into your paypal account. Most people are getting the cash instantly (I used the cash from one purchase to help pay for the next :lol, but a few people are getting it the normal way through bing which takes up to 90 days. I have no idea why. The cash back amount can change at any time, so if there is something you were looking for now is the time. However, there is often bing cash back from ebay so always check before buying anything. I just bought the Switched on schoolhouse I have had my eye on and some forever stamps that after cash back cost me 33 cents each.

Yes, it is back down to 8%. If you are considering a major purchase keep an eye on it--bing cashback for ebay tends to go up and down like a rollercoaster.
I did not receive my cashback immediately. Some purchases take up to 60 days. It depends, evidently, on the company you purchase from and what the item is. Just in case you would return the item, evidently. Mine came with a 60 day warranty, so I'll bet I'll wait the full 60 days for my cash back! lol.
