Hello everyone! My name is Jessica and I am new to this site as well as homeschooling. I recently pulled my second grader from a charter school and am learning the ropes of homeschooling. So far it is exciting but also very overwhelming. I also have a 1 and 3 year old at home that are constantly keeping my busy. I would greatly appreciate any advice for homeschooling with little ones at home. This seems to be my biggest obstacle so far. Anyways, I am glad to have stumbled upon this site and hope to learn and contribute many things here!

Hi! I'm living in Alaska too! Welcome to the spot!!! I have 5 children and it can be challenging to keep everyone on task. One of my biggest tip is to take advantage of when the younger ones are napping. What type of curr. are you looking into using. Some are more time intensive than others. Finding one that is a good fit for your family is key to homeschooling going smoothly. It doesn't matter what works for others it has to work for you.
