Hi, my name is Mysti. I am a mother to three children, Madison 8, in third grade, Quinn 5, and in combo kinder/first, and Sawyer, 13 mo. I have always been a home school mom, but till a week ago I was using K12, through CAVA. I was completely miserable for the last year, but was determined to be sure it was the right choice to leave. So here I am. Affidavit filed with the state, and going at it alone. I could sure use the support and advice from those so skilled and with experience in planning curriculum, and handling difficult situations. I too am a student, I start Grad School in June, in pursuit of my Master's in Mental Health Counseling.

Mystimomof3, without giving too much detail, were abouts are you located in California. (You don't have to answer if you do not want.) It has been ages since I've traveled through central California but when I did it was beautiful and green. Down south, where I live in the desert, everything is brown. LOL My husband and I talk about moving to Colorado one day. I do not know if we ever will but honestly I would even be happy to move further up north but stay in California. I really love trees and greenery.
I am From the Fresno Area. we are temporarily in the Bakersfield area. We're very familiar with the desert!!
