im new to the forums and homeschooling. my husband and i have decided that homeschooling our oldest son would be in his best interest so im really looking forward to learning and hearing others perspectives. we have 4 children ages 14, 13, 9 and 5.

Welcome. We are currently homeschooling our oldest while our younger daughter is in public school. Next year, both kids will be at home through high school. Until 2 years ago, both had been homeschooled. There seems to be no end to the combinations of different needs for different familes. I'm sure you will get the encouragement you need here.
