An often overlooked bit of advice that needs to be given to anyone who's spouse has cheated is to be sure to get tested for STDs as soon as you can. I know with everything else you are dealing with, it's the last thing you want to think about, but it's crucial.

In late November I found that my hubby was having what he called "an e-mail only" type of betrayal with a gal co-worker.

Thank you everyone for your prayers and encouragement. We have spent the last 3 days with no kids...trying to sort through it all. I have never felt such dispair and pain in all my life. I don't know how I will ever work through it...I have been seeking God's wisdom these past few days...it is only because of Him, that I stumbled upon a letter to her that was stored in one of his files........I am just taking it minute by minute at this point. He lost his job the same day........I have much more to say but am so weary.......will be back as I can. Our children found out the same time I did and are having an especially difficult time ...( teens)...I have only started to homeschool in Sept...and I'm not sure how I am supposed to be teaching.......when all that is on our hearts is this.....plus..Dad will now be home while looking for a job( has interview tomorrow though) ...I can't even think straight.......I have Lupus and because of the stress..I am in a flare and racked with physical pain as well. Please pray for a miracle...

At least your children aren't trying to deal with this emotional pain while attempting to keep up in public school. They'll have time to make up for what they are 'missing' right now.
