Whenever my husband and I have our annual meeting with our tax accountant, we prepare ourselves for what we jokingly call a "long face day" or "happy face day". Happy face if we are at zero or get a return - Long face if we owe money.

Yippy!!! That is exciting, especially when your self employed. It can really be a struggle. We don't know where we are going to end up this year because we have been out of our home state for more than 6 months so the government makes us claim residency here, even though it is temporary for us. It will be all new for us. I'm all prepared though, papers are in order and just waiting on w2s.
