Ebay, homeschoolclassifieds.com, there is a sale board on a site called diaperswappers.com, one on vegsource, amazon, half, oh and the well trained mind forums has a huge sales area.

    Hope that helps.

Oh and sometimes asking here if anyone has what you want for sale you can score some deals ;)

I always post here, and the other great place is the WTM forums. Very busy boards and things go well there. They have a feedback system too, so you can check to see if someone is a problem or anything like that. I've always done well there, both selling and purchasing.

Well, I'm still trying to figure out what I need. I will need first grade materials and I am trying to find a curriculum or different materials that will make learning fun with a lot of activities to go along with it. My son loves learning as long as we keep it interesting and don't get stuck doing the same stuff over and over. I have taught him most things with games so I wish I could continue to keep it as fun as possible. I just signed up for Time 4 Learning and we just tried it. The Kindergarten level was way too easy for him and he was bored so we are going to try the 1st grade stuff later. I don't know, I'm still trying to figure it all out but can't afford to buy all new stuff. Thanks for all the input.

I have had good luck at www.vegsource.com They have a good homeschool section. I got an awesome deal on Saxon Calculus last year on craigslist....$3 for the complete set. I also go to our local used curriculum sales in May.

I second "The Well Trained Mind" for sale board. It's my favorite because it is busy and I have had mostly good experiences on it. I've used other places to purchase from but there not as busy as "The Well Trained Mind". I've sold items on "The Well Trained Mind" with good results also.

Where do people post for sale items here ? Is it on the homeschool chat board ? I may want to post some things to sell on here sometime soon.

Yes you post right on this. Just make sure for a to put FS or for sale in the post title so those who use dial up and stuff don't have to weed through so much.

Also yes the well trained mind! I have bought a lot and I mean a lot from over there!

Another vote for vegsource. It is not very user-friendly, but if you put the time in to search for what you want, you can usually find some great deals. It is also a great place to sell your own curriculum.
