    Wow! A pleasure to find this site. My name is LeLanii and I have 5 children, 1 is 22, 3 are homeschooled, and 1 WAS homeschooled until early last year-now she is in a Residential Home for behavior/psych issues. I have been homeschooling since 2002. I have some huge questions that have cropped up the past 2 days but not sure where to post it? It involves legal questions/concerns, just looking for opinions for my matter-NOT pinning anyone to giving legal advice, if that makes any sense? I've had to give myself a crash course of the laws again today and I think I blew out something! :lol::roll::shock:

    You have to wait to be "approved"? I don't think so! Since I'm not in your state I can't say for sure, but it really sounds as if that's a bunch of crap. You INFORM them that you ARE homeschooling, and take him out. You don't ask them to "approve" you, and you DON'T wait for them to get around to processing your paperwork!!!

    Oh I thought she meant approved to post something on here. I was wondering what that meant.

    No-->Jackie
    Yes--->sloan

    I got a window stating the mods or admin (dont remember which one) would/wouldn't approve it, then it would show as a post...I clicked the POSTREPLY instead of Quick Reply cause it didnt go thru at all the first time. I figured it was too big to be classified as a Quick Reply.. :D
