Has anyone ever used accountable kids? I am looking for a chore/responsibility chart or program to start this summer before we hs next year. I think my daughter would really respond to that kind of thing well. any thoughts?
I haven't used that program but think it is a great idea to get the chores under control before starting to homeschool. Wish I would have done that!
Here's a place to make/print custom chore charts. They're free. I use to make subject charts for my kids when they were younger, too! It helped me see how many days a week we actually DID write in our journal, or did science or math or whatever. http://www.dltk-cards.com/chart/
I haven't tried it... but would like to employ something like it when my kids are ready. Accountable Kids looks pretty neat. I'd probably just make my own though; cheaper. Of course, on the other hand, if I spent the money to get accountable kids, it might keep ME accountable to stick with it. hehe
