Sadly, I must disagree. This didn't shock me at all. It horrified me. It made me physically ill. It made me furious. But it did not shock me.
I agree. I posted in another thread about this. My sister lives in Germany right now and she was telling me about the schools out there. Really makes me sick.

What is appalling is that no one is doing anything about it. Don't we have international organizations that fight child porn and sexual crimes against children? I guess they are a screen like everything else.
Yes, surely something will be done now to combat this. It cannot continue now it has been brought to light.
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong here (ha! Like I have to say that. lol), but my understanding of recent UN initiatives is that the UN is encouraging this type of thing because children have a "right" to be fully sexually functional. And this is seen as a different issue than sex crimes. Sex crimes imply that the child is not willing (in the new worldview). What is happening is Europe is all about normalizing. Which will, of course, eliminate the child's lack of willingness. But they don't see it that way. They see it as empowering to the child.
well I wouldn't be a bit surprised if nothing happened against it at all. I mean who is going to put the money or effort into it, after all it doesn't affect us Americans now does it :roll:
My dh and I were talking about this last night and we are wondering what is going to happen to those who do rape and molest and do horrible things to children? Can they just say "the child was willing at the time" and then therefore no one gets punished?? Will it be a free for all for pedophils and rapists and child molesters?? once it becomes "normal" to be molested and raped then what?? do we free all those who were convicted of those types of crimes because it is no longer a crime??
