Happy St. Patrick's Day to you too!!! I am embarrassed to say it, but we ate our corn beef, cabbage, and potatoes last night. The brisket was callig out to me!LOL Thankfully I have another brisket that I can cook tonight.
No body at my house will get into the spirit of St Patricks day with me so green jello is the extent of our celebration!
gosh, we had green pancakes and Leperchaun juice (lemonaide with green foodcolor) for dinner we will have corned beef and cabbage with boiled potatoes my DD is going to make chocolate cupcakes with green frosting for dessert The leperchaun visited here and left green straws, green pencils, and starburst and skittles candy (candy from the rainbow). also in my DH's lunch (he snacks all day and does not eat all at once)....... lime yogurt, rainbow colored gold fish crackers, pickle, Green Olive (loaf) in a sandwich with mayo I tinted green and lime truffle candy with green lemonaide.
