If they are like any other place, they warranty their stuff for '55' years, because after a few, they file bankrupt, or reorganize or just change their name, and then they don't have to honor those promises anymore as they are no longer 'in business'.
Most of the time those places refuse to answer your calls about those busted, broken, or not working things...
I hope this place will be an exception, but nowadays there are few exceptions...

Well aren't you just the little ray of sunshine.

Tweety I don't know why you can't see the pictures. I didn't think there was a certain amount of time you had to be a memeber before you could view them but I don't know. Ask Aball.

To everyone else.....thank you for your KIND words and SUPPORT on our move.:)

    New Update

Well things seem to be moving along very nicely.

I got the call today that finances are in order and so next Saturday we are going back to the dealership with a check for 5% down. At that time I get to pick all my colors and flooring! Yippee! :) They will place the order for it to be built and it should be ready for inspection three weeks from the time they place the order. After it is inspected and everything is just the way we want it it will be delivered and we can start spending weekends in the country!

Sunday we are going out to the land to replace some plywood and change out a door on the garage so it will be ready to paint in a few weeks. I need to get the paint sample next weekend so we can paint it to match the house. We will also be spending three days there on Easter weekend tearing down one fence and putting up a new one as well as mowing and finishing the yard clean up.

Our real estate agent comes tomorrow to take photos and put our sing in the yard and it will officially be on the market!

I simply can not believe that this is happening! It is really happening! I prayed about this for so long and I can feel that this is the right thing in the right time! It will be in place by the fist of May so that we can begin moving things out there and spending our weekends there. We have to large decks to reassemble during that time. Thankfully we have a big stong friend to help dh with that project.

I will take my camera on Easter so I can share more pictures of the bluebonnets in bloom!

Tiffany, everything sounds just awesome! You must be soo excited. Your land is just beautiful. God has a wonderful way of working things out. Your mother is a very kind person. Give her an extra hug from me. You can see her love for you in all of your posts. I pray that things continue to work out for you.

We've been looking at double-wides. They are so gorgeous and really, I love the fact that you have so many varieties to choose from. If you want one with an extra room for school, or even just a larger dining area, you can get it! :)

I've been looking at both, and the fact that houses are sooooo aggravating is killing me! I find one that the inside is what we want, but the outside is not large enough or is too close to the neighbors. It is just so much more frustrating than the process of getting a double-wide. You just find the land you like...find the model you like and viola you are satisfied! :)

    Weekend Update

Well we had another long, tiring but productive weekend. :)

Saturday dh finished up the last of the improvements we had to do around here. He moved the broken basketball hoop and replaced a window in the front of the house. I was so worried it wouldn't get done because the rain seemed neverending. It finally stopped long enough for him to work.

Saturday afternoon I was driving Samantha over to a friend's house to spend the night and I saw a foosball table sitting on the side of the road in front of a house that obviously nobody lived in. I went back home and got dh and we went over there to look at it. Dh kept saying it was probably crap and that is why it was on the curb and it had been rained on but I persisted and we went. There was a neighbor outside so we asked about the game table and he said the people had just moved out and left it there so he helped up load it into the truck. An hour later I had it all cleaned up and sitting in my front office! Our new home has a game room (dh says man cave) and this is our first addition! And it was FREE!

Ok so Sunday dh, Grace and I headed to the property loaded down with lumber, tools and a generator to do some work. Dh and I got to do some demolition work. We ripped out 8 sheets of rotten plywood off the old shop/garage building. Then we had to pull out all the old nails. Dh measured and cut everything and we hung 8 new sheets of plywood. We still have two side doors to remove and cover with plywood but we were short a 2x4 so we are going back on Sunday to finish up. Easter weekend we plan to pain the whole building to match our new home.

Next Saturday is the day! We go make the downpayment on our new house! It should be in place by the end of April and we can begin the move! Oh and the bluebonnets and indian paintbrushes are just begining to show their colors! By Easter there will be seas of color everywhere!

Oh Tiffany that is great news, I hope your house goes fast. Ours is going slow. Not many lookers.
When we went to SA last Wednesday with some homeschoolers the bluebonnets were out. Look at my facebook picture.
